VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
FOR UNIVERSITY OF MUMBAI STUDENTS
1. Get an application for Transfer Certificate from the college where you are taking admission.
2. Submit the application along with the copy of latest marksheet and fees of Rs. 100 in college accounts office.
FOR HSNC UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

For getting F.Y.B.Com. & S.Y.B.Com. duplicate marksheet you need to file an FIR in your nearest police station, make the affidavit on the stamp paper of Rs. 100/- and give an application with these documents in the accounts office on any working day between 10.00AM to 12.30PM.
- Application Form to be filled at Transcripts Counter
- For verification: Identity Card or fee receipt for current year students and for alumni’s all the years’ mark sheets.
- Number of day/s taken - 2 DAYS.
TIMING:
> DEGREE COLLEGE: Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 01:00pm
> JUNIOR COLLEGE: Monday to Friday: 01:30pm to 03:00pm
Students desirous of pursing further studies abroad should apply for transcripts online through link mentioned: https://hr.etranscript.in/#/apply
Online procedure takes 15-20 working days.
If student need hard copies then can come and apply for the same in college after receiving online transcripts.
They need to pay the necessary fees at accounts department. This procedure takes one weeks’ time.

For letter of recommendation student need to make the draft, get it approved by the concerned teacher and pay the necessary fees at accounts department then submit the draft at transcripts counter, the draft is send to the editor after the editor edits then it is printed on the letter head of the college. This procedure takes one weeks’ time.

Covering letter along with the mark sheet of the student and a demand draft of Rs.200/- in the name of H.R. College of Commerce and Economics.
