The Junior College organises a “Career Orientation Program'' every year for the SYJC students to create awareness about various options available to them after HSC. It covers BMS, B.VOC, BFM, BAMMC, BAF, and BBI courses.
The three-day program included PowerPoint presentations on Zoom about the syllabus, as well as core features and employment opportunities. The faculty teaching the above professional courses also guided the students and answered their queries. The expert panel invited to speak on each specific course also contributed to the student interaction.
The students received detailed information about a wide range of career opportunities available to them at the commencement of the academic year itself. Since H.R. College of Commerce & Economics is now under the HSNC University of the college's founding board HSNC, the students had many intriguing questions which kept the moderators of the session on their toes. The Principal Dr. Pooja Ramchandani provided the students with her valuable advice and counseling throughout the session. Equipped with detailed information, the students can set targets for their careers.
